We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we understand circumstances may change.
1. Refund Eligibility

A full refund is available within 24 hours of purchase, provided no work has started.

No refunds are available once work has commenced, which includes receiving business content and starting design.
2. Plan Downgrades or Cancellations

You may cancel future renewals at any time.

Partial refunds are not provided for unused months of an annual plan.
3. Project Abandonment
If we do not receive required content within 14 days of order, the project may be marked as inactive. We will send reminders before closure. No refunds will be issued for abandoned projects.
